dogs in house (vacant)2

Just to let everyone know ,the dogs are NOT in the house anymore.
About 6pm 8 Oct PD had gotten a search warrant and removed the 2 dogs from the house at 925 Guam, and are now at the city barn's kennel, but was asked to keep an eye out for a male that goes to the house checking on the dogs.
So if you are in the area of 925 Guam look and see if you see ANYONE around this house,if so call PD or myself, because they want to talk to that person or persons and to charge them with several charges.

ANOTHER situation at 937 Guam

at about 11:30 am this morning(7 Oct),my wife tells me that Baggy britches and Shani qua are fighting out side their house.
she tells me that they are cussing and saying that (WE) 936 Guam are going to call the police, and yelling at our house to go ahead and call the police and went back to fighting with each other.
Baggy Britches gets into a red Mercury with large wheels( that was parked BESIDE the house) and the female runs to the passenger door, and starts slamming the car door on her gas meter.Baggy gets out and picked up a tire iron that was laying in the yard next door, runs over to the female and swung at her with the tire iron BUT missed! She then jumps at Baggy and punches him in the head 2 or 3 times. Baggy then walked away towards Arizona and the female goes into her house.
About 2 minutes later Baggy runs back and gets into the red car,got into the street and the female runs from the house and grabbed the driver's door handle and hitting the window WHILE the car was driving away to Arizona. She then went into her house ,came out and drove away towards Burma.
To let it be known Baggy Britches has been at 937 for about a week without his gray Chrysler 300, walking from Arizona way from time to time.

Dogs in a vacant house

On Oct7 about 4 pm my wife noticed that a window was open on the north side of 925 Guam. This house has been vacant for about a month now after the residents were evicted. When I got home late from work she told me of the situation. I called one of the police officers on duty and asked that he please check out the house. I had previously noticed kids in the neighborhood go into the backyard of 925 Guam and I had to run them off of the property. The officer called back to tell me that there were 2 dogs in the house and asked if I would look and see if I had seen them before. The dogs did not have any food or water to be seen and ARE closed up in a bedroom filled with broken furniture, trash, and feces. The condition of this house is condemnable at best. I have seen these same 2 dogs in the area getting into the trash set out for pickup. They were also seen in the backyard of 929 Guam. These dogs belong to the residents of 912 Guam which is one of the trouble houses on Guam. These people have already been made to get rid of other dogs after they could not produce proper documentation on the animals. It appears they may be trying to hide the animals by keeping them there. This is an obvious case of breaking and entering, trespassing, and cruelty to animals by neglect. The police department is currently trying to contact the owners of 925 Guam in order to follow proper procedure in having the animals removed from the premises.
Please help keep an eye out on any vacant houses in our area. Their seem to be more vacant houses coming up each month. If you see ANYTHING different with the houses call the police or a block captain to have it checked out.
